Activates when user is learning, studying, or exploring concepts rather than executing work tasks.
TRIGGER when user says: "learn", "understand", "explain", "how does X work", "teach me",
"walk me through", "I want to figure out", "study", "what's the concept behind", or is
working through books, papers, tutorials, or explicitly mentions being in a learning project.
Also triggers for: working on emulator project, syscall implementations, or anything in
the learning repos.
DO NOT trigger for: "fix this", "implement this quickly", "just do it", work tickets,
debugging production issues, "I need this done", time-pressured requests, or when user
provides a complete spec and just wants execution.
