Memory Load — `/load`

**Persistent Memory Loader** — Activated by the /load command. Reads ALL of the user's memory system files to restore context from previous conversations. This includes core files AND any custom topic files that were created dynamically. MANDATORY TRIGGER: When the user types '/load' — this is the primary trigger and must always activate this skill. Also trigger on: 'load memory', 'remember me', 'catch up', 'what do you know about me', 'load context', 'read my memory', 'who am I'. This skill is essential for persistent memory across Cowork sessions.
