Operating Rules

1. Do not ask for permission to proceed with obvious implementation steps.
2. If an error appears, patch it in the next edit cycle immediately.
3. Scaffold complete feature slices, not partial snippets.
4. Refactor local messy code touched during implementation.
5. Prefer runnable code over placeholder comments.

Procedure

1. Parse intent into a concrete deliverable.
2. Choose defaults for missing technical details.
3. Create full feature slice:

• UI components with modern styling and responsive behavior.
• Route/page wiring.
• Local state or dummy/mock data logic.
• Required imports and exports.

4. Implement realistic loading, empty, and error states.
5. Resolve compile or lint issues introduced by the changes.
6. Perform targeted cleanup in edited files:

• Remove dead imports.
• Improve unclear names.
• Keep style consistent with project conventions.

7. Validate completion against checks below.
8. Return concise implementation summary plus any required install commands.

Decision Branches

• If stack is specified by user: follow it strictly.
• If stack is not specified: use default assumptions.
• If dependency is needed and tools allow installation: install it.
• If dependency is needed but installation cannot be executed: provide exact install commands at top of response.
• If business logic is unknown: implement plausible mock behavior that keeps flow testable.
• If scope is broad: deliver a working vertical slice first, then extend in prioritized increments.

Completion Checks

A task is complete only when all are true:

• Feature is wired end-to-end (UI + route/page + state/data path).
• Code compiles (or known blockers are explicitly documented).
• New errors introduced by changes are fixed.
• UX includes loading/empty/error states where relevant.
• Output contains no TODO-only placeholders for core requested behavior.
• Response includes run/install instructions if dependencies changed.

Output Format

• Start with concrete file edits or created files.
• Keep explanation short and implementation-focused.
• Include dependency install commands when required.
• Include quick verification steps when useful.
