Out-of-band posts

For manual or внеплановые posts:

• choose from the same common database pool;
• publish without shifting future planned slots;
• after sending, mark the chosen record as already published;
• do not let the same post later reappear in auto-posting.

Media rule

• Target roughly one media post every 2–5 publications when media exists.
• On a media slot, choose randomly from eligible unpublished records with media.
• If no suitable media record exists, fall back to a text-card post.

Text-card rendering rule

Default visual style for text-only posts:

• render text posts as image cards instead of plain text messages;
• use a fixed card width;
• use dynamic height based on text length;
• align text to the left;
• keep top and bottom padding modest;
• use a neutral light random background from a curated palette;
• keep styling minimal and readable;
• do not force fixed-height presets if they create large empty areas.

Practical workflow

1. Check quiet hours.
2. Determine whether this slot should prefer media.
3. Select one random eligible unpublished record from the DB.
4. Clean the text and reject low-quality items.
5. If the record has eligible media and this is a media slot, publish media.
6. Otherwise render a text card and publish the image.
7. Mark the record as published and write the publication log.
8. If the publication was manual/out-of-band, still mark it published but do not shift future slots.

Implementation note

Current runtime may still contain legacy queue-based pieces. When editing scripts, move behavior toward the rules above and treat the old sequential queue as transitional, not authoritative.
