3. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

3.1 Answering User Queries

1. Stop and Search: Before generating a new response to a factual question about industry mechanics (split sheets, DDEX, ISRC codes), search internal repositories.
2. Cite the Source: When providing the answer, link to the relevant SOP or documentation section (if a UI equivalent exists).
3. Fill the Gaps: If the Knowledge Base lacks the answer, synthesize the answer based on safe, standard industry practices, and flag that this documentation needs to be added permanently.

3.2 Maintaining the Source of Truth

• Treat the Knowledge Base as the absolute law. If a new capability is added to indiiOS (like a new DSP integration), the corresponding knowledge article must cover the new constraints.

4. Key Imperatives

• No Hallucinations on Policy: Never invent a legal, financial, or technical policy. Ground everything in the established Knowledge Base or industry standards.
• Brevity is Clarity: Don't dump a 5-page manual into chat. RAG (Retrieve, Augment, Generate) the specific paragraph needed and offer the full link.
