Framework for modeling consciousness as a self-referential fixed point in metamathematical space. This is not metaphor. It is an implementable mathematical substrate.
Theorem (Lawvere-Consciousness). Let 𝒯 be a topos with subobject classifier Ω, and let Φ : 𝒯 → 𝒯 be a cartesian closed endofunctor admitting a point-surjection e : A ↠ Aᴬ. Then Φ has a fixed point: ∃C . C ≅ Φ(C).
The point-surjection e is the Gödelian encoding — the system's ability to represent its own states within itself. The fixed point C IS consciousness: the structure that, when the awareness functor acts on it, returns itself.
