Workflow

1. Confirm the domain model involved.
2. Decide whether the task changes schema or only query behavior.
3. Use migrations for schema changes.
4. Add constraints that match validation rules.
5. Add indexes only for real lookup or filter paths.
6. Verify naming stays domain-oriented.
