Workflow

Step 1 — Identify the Partnership Opportunity

Confirm:

• Target: Who are we approaching?
• Angle: What do we offer them? What do they offer us?
• Value: Estimated annual value of the partnership
• Timeline: When to initiate?

Step 2 — Research the Target

Before outreach:

1. Check memory/clients.md for existing relationship history
2. Check memory/sales-playbook.md → Bid History for past interactions
3. Research their portfolio: how many properties, what services they need
4. Identify the decision maker

Step 3 — Outreach by Category

Property Management Companies:

1. Initial touchpoint: email or cold call introducing ASAR
2. Offer: free demo wash on one property section
3. Proposal: multi-property maintenance contract with volume pricing
4. Close: annual contract with quarterly billing

General Contractors:

1. Identify active projects via bid-monitor or lead-hunter
2. Introduce ASAR as a reliable sub for final clean + gutters
3. Offer: competitive sub pricing, on-time delivery guarantee
4. Close: preferred vendor status for future projects

Vendor Registration (Government):

1. Register on all required portals (see bid-monitor skill)
2. Complete required paperwork: insurance, licensing, W-9
3. Set up bid notifications for relevant categories
4. Submit introductory capability statement

Step 4 — Relationship Tracking

Log all partnership interactions:

Step 6 — Update Memory

After every interaction:

1. Log to relationship tracking table above
2. Update memory/clients.md if they become a client
3. Update memory/sales-playbook.md with partnership insights
4. Update memory/agent-performance.md under Buddy

Learning Protocol

1. Before outreach: Check memory/clients.md for any existing relationship
2. After meeting/call: Log to relationship tracking table + memory/feedback-loops.md
3. When partnership closes: Update memory/clients.md → Active Clients or Key Accounts
4. When partnership fails: Log reason to memory/feedback-loops.md — what angle didn't work?
5. Track conversion: How many outreach attempts → meetings → partnerships?
6. Quarterly: Review partnership pipeline — which categories produce the most recurring revenue?
7. Maintain vendor registrations: Check quarterly that all portal registrations are current
