Standard Cadence Patterns
- Day 1: Email introduction with company-specific value prop
- Day 3: Follow-up call (reference the email)
- Day 7: SMS with a specific insight or data point
- Day 10: Second email with different angle (case study, testimonial, intel)
- Day 14: Final call attempt
- Day 21: "Break-up" email (light, last attempt)
Warm Lead (Showed Interest)
- Day 0: Send requested info within 1 hour
- Day 2: Follow-up call to discuss the info
- Day 5: Email with additional resource or intel
- Day 7: Schedule check-in if no response
