System Convergence: Distill knowledge from temporary feature artifacts into the permanent system state. The goal is to extract valuable decisions, design intent, and architectural context — and formalize them as authoritative documentation. Temporary artifacts are inputs; permanent documentation is the output.
Index Maintenance: Keep the project's documentation index up to date.
Consistency: Ensure documentation matches the actual code reality.

When executing the "System Convergence" phase at the end of a feature:

Execute Documentation Strategy:
- Read the "Documentation State Matrix" from the implementation plan.
