These IDs are referenced by create-plan (units map to ACs) and explore-codebase (questions derive from ACs).

Step 4: Save to Disk

1. Read the ticket template from .claude/skills/fetch-ticket/TICKET_TEMPLATE.md
2. Fill in the template with fetched data and extracted acceptance criteria
3. Ensure .claude_files/workflow/{TICKET_NUMBER}/ directory exists
4. Save to .claude_files/workflow/{TICKET_NUMBER}/ticket.md

Step 5: Clarify and Confirm

• Review the structured ticket for anything unclear or ambiguous
• If questions exist, collect ALL questions and ask them in a single message
• Wait for answers
• Append answers to the ticket file under the ## Clarifications section
• Present a brief summary:
  • Ticket title
  • Number of acceptance criteria extracted
  • Any remaining open items
  • Path to the saved ticket file
