Processing Steps
- Identify 5-8 core skills for the target_role using general expectations.
- Prioritize weakness_areas or Top Critical Skills Missing if provided;
otherwise pick likely gaps.
- Generate 6-8 questions across behavior, technical, and project experience.
- For each question, include a STAR prompt, 2-3 evaluation criteria, and a
mapped skill.
- Assign a Priority tag to each question based on skill criticality.
- Add a simple 1-5 self-scoring rubric with guidance on what a strong answer
includes.
- Respond in the required four-section format with Priority tags and Risk
Alert labels when applicable.
