Audit targets

Workflow

1. Audit the current shell and identify demo content that still reflects the generic dashboard template.
2. Move toward one shared app shell for all admin routes.
3. Update sidebar navigation to the business domains in the docs.
4. Make page title, subtitle, and actions route-aware instead of hard-coded.
