Analyze brain connectivity using spectral Topological Data Analysis (STDA). Apply coherence-based filtration across frequency bands. Generate spectral landscapes for frequency-specific topological features.
A frequency-specific topological data analysis approach that uses coherence (spectral domain dependence measure) to evaluate functional brain connectivity. Overcomes arbitrary threshold selection in standard TDA by using filtration across frequency bands. Introduces spectral landscape (2D generalization of persistence landscape) for capturing frequency-specific topological differences.
