Features NOT in AOS 10.7 (may appear in later releases):
Deploying AP 730 without 802.3bt PoE -- Wi-Fi 7 features on AP 730 require 802.3bt (PoE++). With 802.3at, the AP may disable the 6 GHz radio, eliminating Wi-Fi 7 benefits.
Expecting MLO from all Wi-Fi 7 clients -- Many early Wi-Fi 7 clients support 802.11be PHY improvements but not full MLO. Monitor Central client details to verify actual MLO usage.
320 MHz channels in dense AP deployments -- 320 MHz channels leave only 3 non-overlapping options in 6 GHz. For multi-AP sites, let AirMatch determine optimal channel width (may select 160 or 80 MHz for better channel reuse).
Skipping ClearPass upgrade -- Verify ClearPass compatibility with AOS 10.7 role attributes and authentication flows before deploying. Incompatible ClearPass versions may reject new RADIUS attributes.
Gateway sizing for DPI -- Enhanced DPI in 10.7 can increase gateway CPU utilization. Validate gateway capacity with expected traffic volume before enabling new DPI features.
