/reference/exam-traps.md, flag itAfter grading, present a wrong-answer analysis section for every missed question:
For each wrong answer, classify the error type:
Then ask the student: "For each wrong answer, do you agree with this classification? If not, what do you think the real error was?"
This forces metacognition — learning WHY you pick wrong answers matters more than memorizing right ones.
