Operations Morning Brief

Purpose: Deliver a quick half-page summary of what matters today without a full system scan.

Steps

1. Read yesterday's end-of-day log from inbox/outputs/md/YYYY-MM-DD-operations-end-of-day.md (using yesterday's date)
2. Extract open loops and unfinished items from that log
3. Check follow-ups due today from conversion tracking/pipeline
4. Check content deadlines for today from the content calendar
5. Quick revenue number — current month total vs target
6. Generate brief (half-page max) with: open loops, follow-ups, content due, revenue pulse
7. Save to inbox/outputs/md/YYYY-MM-DD-operations-morning-brief.md

Outputs
