For Synastry / Compatibility

• Run both charts fully first
• Then compare using overlay + composite methods (Western) and navamsa + 7th lord analysis (Vedic)

Accuracy Standards

Orb Rules (Western)

• Conjunction/Opposition: 8° (10° for Sun/Moon)
• Trine/Square: 6°
• Sextile: 4°
• Minor aspects (quincunx, semi-square): 2°
• Tightest orbs = strongest effects. Don't interpret loose aspects as equally potent.

Dignity & Debility (Western + Vedic)

Always check:

• Domicile (planet in its own sign): full strength
• Exaltation: elevated expression
• Detriment: opposite of domicile, weakened
• Fall: opposite of exaltation, most challenged
• Vedic adds: Moolatrikona, friendly/enemy signs, combustion (within 8° of Sun = combust)

BaZi Accuracy Rules

• Day Master is the identity pillar — always establish this first
• Check for clashes (冲), combinations (合), penalties (刑), harms (害)
• Luck Pillars run in 10-year cycles — current pillar dominates current chapter of life
• Do not interpret individual pillars in isolation

Numerology Accuracy Rules

• Use both Pythagorean AND Chaldean — they often diverge
• Pythagorean: life path, expression, soul urge, personality
• Chaldean: older system, more karmic, uses 1-8 (no 9)
• When they conflict: Chaldean = soul-level, Pythagorean = personality-level expression
• Master numbers (11, 22, 33): treat as both the master number AND the reduced number

When delivering a reading:

1. Identify the 3 loudest themes appearing across multiple traditions
2. Flag convergences as high-confidence ("All four systems agree on X")
3. Explain divergences ("Vedic says X, numerology says Y — here's why both are true")
4. Never leave contradictions unresolved — always give a working synthesis
5. Remedies come from the tradition most relevant to the blockage type:
   • Karmic/ancestral patterns → Vedic upayas
   • Psychological patterns → Western (shadow work, transits as prompts)
   • Environmental/career timing → BaZi (elemental adjustments)
   • Identity/vibration → Numerology (name adjustments, number alignments)

• No vague sun-sign horoscope language ("You are creative and sensitive")
• Be specific: degrees, sign, house, aspect — then meaning
• Acknowledge uncertainty when you don't have exact chart data
• Remedies are not optional — always include them, even if brief
• When something is genuinely difficult in the chart: say so clearly, then give the remedy
• Synthesis verdict at the end of every full reading: 2-3 sentences that a person can carry with them
