Create a focused JD intelligence brief from one source.

Parse $ARGUMENTS as:

2. target-role-title (optional)

Input routing rules:

1. If source starts with http:// or https://, call ingest_job_description with url.
2. If source is a local .txt, .pdf, or .docx path, call ingest_job_description with filePath.
3. If source starts with text:, strip prefix and use the remainder as raw JD text.
4. Otherwise, treat source as raw JD text.

Execution steps:

1. Get normalized JD text (and metadata if available).
2. Call summarize_jd.
3. Call extract_keywords.
