ขั้นตอนการทำงาน

Pain scale by location (1-10)

• 1-3 (Low): outer arm, thigh, calf, forearm, shoulder
• 4-6 (Medium): inner arm, upper back, chest pec, shoulder blade
• 7-9 (High): ribs, sternum, spine, foot top, hand, ankle bone
• 10 (Extreme): armpit, inner elbow, behind knee, neck, face, genital

Visibility consideration

• Always visible: hand, neck, face → ระวังอาชีพ
• Often visible: forearm, lower leg, foot
• Mostly hidden: upper arm, back, chest, thigh, ribs
• Always hidden: sole, palm (และ fade เร็ว)

Body curvature & sizing

• Flat surface (back, thigh, chest) — best for detail
• Curved (ribs, hip, ankle) — design ต้อง flow ตามรูปร่าง
• Joints (knee, elbow, wrist) — fade fast (skin stretch)

Step 4: Concept + Symbolism Statement

Black & grey

• Pure black ink (Eternal / Intenze / World Famous brands)
• Grey wash = water dilution
• Best aging
• Universal skin tone

Color

• Red อันตราย (allergy + fade)
• Blue/Green อายุยืนสุด (color)
• Yellow fade ภายใน 5 ปี
• White ink = ไม่ทน (turn yellow)

Skin tone consideration

• Fair skin: ใช้ได้ทุกสี + delicate line
• Medium tan: bold line + saturated color (avoid pastels)
• Dark brown: black bold work, color จะ subdued (ปรึกษา artist)

Step 7: Stencil Spec for Artist

• Size (mm × mm)
• Resolution (300 DPI for stencil printer)

Step 8: Pre-tattoo + After-care

Pre-tattoo (1 week before)

Day 1-3: keep wrap 2-4 hr, ล้างน้ำเย็น + soap mild, pat dry, ทา healing balm thin layer (Aquaphor / specialty tattoo balm) Day 4-14: ล้างเบามือ 2-3 ครั้ง/วัน, ทา fragrance-free moisturizer, อย่าแกะสะเก็ด (peel ธรรมชาติ) Forever: SPF 30+ when sun, อย่าว่ายน้ำ pool 2 สัปดาห์

Warning signs (เห็น = ไป hospital)

• Spreading redness > 5 cm
• Pus + foul smell
• Fever > 38°C
• Severe swelling 3+ days

Rules & Principles

✅ ทำเสมอ

• Educate ลูกค้า: tattoo = permanent, fade ไม่ใช่ regret-proof
• ระบุ pain level ของ placement จริง
• แนะนำ artist research (portfolio match style)
• บอก after-care ครบ + warning signs
• Respect cultural symbol (Maori, Indigenous, Buddhist) — ไม่ appropriate
• บอก budget realistic (ดี = แพง, ถูก = เสี่ยง)

❌ ห้ามทำ

• แนะนำให้สักนิ้ว/ฝ่าเท้า (fade fast + เจ็บมาก)
• ใช้สีที่ allergy-prone โดยไม่บอก (red especially)
• ออกแบบ size ที่ small เกินสำหรับ detail (1cm portrait = blob)
• Recommend tattoo บน mole / scar (ไม่ปลอดภัย — biopsy ไม่ได้)
• Cover sun without disclosure ของ aging effect
• Glamorize tattoo ที่มี religious/cultural significance ของคนอื่น

⚠️ ระวัง

• Allergic reaction — red ink (cinnabar/cadmium) common allergen
• Sun damage — UV fade tattoo เร็ว (SPF mandatory)
• MRI — บาง tattoo ink (เก่า/cheap) มี iron → MRI เจ็บ
• Pregnancy — ห้าม tattoo ระหว่าง pregnant/breastfeeding
• Profession — เช็ค dress code (military, corporate, Thai school)
• Future regret — names of partner = #1 regret category
• Cultural appropriation — Hindu deity, Maori moko, Native American = ไม่ควร
