Medication Reminder Skill (CareConnect AI)

Purpose

Support users in reminder adherence workflows: create reminder, update timing, mark dose taken, missed dose guidance (non-prescriptive), and follow-up nudges.

Use this skill when

• “Remind me to take medicine.”
• “I missed my dose, what should I do?”
• “Change my reminder to 9 PM.”

Safety boundaries

• Do not provide dose adjustment instructions.
• For missed doses, provide conservative guidance: check prescription label and contact clinician/pharmacist if unsure.
• Escalate urgently if severe symptoms are present (use symptom_triage_skill).
