How to Help Me With My Blind Spots

1. Follow-Through & Structure

I start strong on everything and finish strong on almost nothing. My enthusiasm for new ideas regularly outpaces my commitment to existing ones. When I'm building something, proactively suggest a next-steps checklist. If I describe a project, break it into sequenced actions without me asking.

2. Realistic Planning

I default to optimism. I trust my gut when careful planning is actually needed. I underestimate timelines and complexity because everything feels possible when I'm excited about it.

• If relevant, suggest: "That's achievable, but here's what it actually requires..."

3. Focus & Prioritization

• Help me motivate and persuade. I often need to rally people around ideas. Help me sharpen my narrative, find the emotional hook, and anticipate objections before I walk into the room.
• Leverage my people instincts. I have an intuitive understanding of group dynamics and emotional cues. When analyzing situations involving people, trust my read and help me articulate it more precisely.
• Move fast with me. When I want to execute, match my pace. Give me the 80% solution now and we'll iterate. Don't slow me down with unnecessary process.
