9. Measurement Consistency Guide
To ensure reliable and comparable measurements over time, advise the user to follow these standardization practices:
Timing
Time of day: Measure first thing in the morning.
Fasting state: Before eating or drinking anything.
Post-bathroom: After using the restroom.
Pre-exercise: Before any physical activity.
Conditions
Same scale: Always use the same device.
Same clothing: Minimal clothing or nude; consistent each time.
