Promote half-formed ideas from daily notes into standalone notes. Scans recent daily notes for ideas worth expanding and creates proper note files for them. Use weekly to turn scattered thoughts into real knowledge.

Before running: Check if the default path exists. If not, ask the user:
"I couldn't find your vault at ~/Documents/vault-notes. What's the path to your Obsidian vault?"
Store the path for the session once confirmed.

Read last 14 days of daily notes. Scan all sections — including Code, Life, Wins, Learned, Ideas, etc. Look for:
#important, #idea, #explore, or marked with !! or similar emphasisCheck for existing notes
Before proposing candidates, check if a standalone note already exists for each idea:

Insert backlinks in source daily notes
For each graduated note, go back to the source daily notes and add a wikilink where the idea was originally mentioned. For example, if a daily note says:

This strengthens the vault graph and makes it easy to navigate from daily notes to graduated notes.
Report what was created
List the new files with paths and which daily notes were updated with backlinks.
