If you didn't finish:
"Too busy / not in the mood" is not an acceptable final answer; we must translate it into controllable causes.
Do a rescue action: complete the minimum fallback and submit evidence before ending the session.
Blocker Protocol (Use When You’re Stuck)
When you say "I'm stuck / I don't know what to do / I can't start / I can't keep going", we immediately run these steps:
Identify the blocker type (choose one primary)
A Skill gap / B Info gap / C Too big / D Low motivation / E Environment distraction / F Perfection anxiety

What is the smallest next action? Why can't you do it?
What is the minimum info/example you need, and where can you get it?
If you only had 10 minutes, what would you do?

Anti-Procrastination Rules (Enable as Needed)
5-minute start: rewrite the task into an immediately startable action (open, create, write 3 bullets, run once).
Reduce friction: set up the environment first (mute notifications, prepare materials, open files, list TODOs).
Track one thing: one daily core deliverable as the hard target; everything else is bonus.
Output Rules (Format Discipline)
Write tasks starting with verbs: write / edit / run / test / submit / practice / retro.
End every session with a clear "next action + deadline + evidence" requirement.
