Neobem Nbem

Neobem (nbem CLI compiler), is a domain specific language for generating EnergyPlus idf files.

At a high level the nbem file is a list of the following constructs:

• idf object declaration
• variable declaration
• import statement
• export statement
• print statement
• log statement

Any time a idf object declaration is encountered, it is printed to standard output. There is also a substitution that occurs during the printing.

The most important and common operations is mapping a template over a list of data:
