Deposit a high-resistance (HR) ZnO interlayer before TCO to mitigate shunts and improve open-circuit voltage in Cu(InGa)Se2/CdS solar cells when the CdS layer is thin or non-uniform. Use this when preparing to deposit TCO layer and the CdS layer may have pinholes or inconsistent coverage.
