Skill Content

Purpose: Record a new payment and update the monthly revenue tracker, broken down by offer.

Steps

Ask: which client, which offer, amount, and date of payment
Read areas/finance/revenue/monthly-tracker.md for current month data
Add the new entry to the tracker under the correct month and offer
Update per-offer totals and overall monthly total
Compare against targets from areas/finance/revenue/targets.md
Sync to Notion dashboard if Notion MCP is available
Save updated tracker back to areas/finance/revenue/monthly-tracker.md

Payment date

Outputs

Updated monthly-tracker.md with new entry, updated totals, and target comparison

Edge Cases

If monthly-tracker.md does not exist, create it with the first entry and a basic template
