Workflow

1. Trigger

This skill is triggered when the user asks to "optimize," "flesh out," or "package" a YouTube video idea.

2. Context Integration

Before generating the package, you MUST read the following context files for keyword extraction and persona alignment (20% weighting):

• 00-Channel_Context/channel_identity.md
• 00-Channel_Context/target_audience.md
• 00-Channel_Context/tone_and_voice.md
• The active project file (to extract the video idea).
• Any linked Deep_Research_Report.

3. Synthesis & Strategy (The "No-Pivot" Mandate)

Combine the inputs into the assets/package-template.md.

• NO Pivoting: Do not suggest a "better" angle if it conflicts with the raw notes. If the user wants an "informative video," do not turn it into a "hit piece."
• NO Hallucination: If the raw idea doesn't mention a specific visual, do not invent one. Label it as "To Be Decided."
• Tone Matching: Absorb the user's voice from the raw text. If they are curious, be curious. If they are cynical, be cynical.
• The Human Hook: Actively look for the Human Element in research. Include community sentiment, player psychology, and shared history in the package's angle.
• Persona Lens: Apply the user's channel persona (from tone_and_voice.md) to explain the idea, not to replace it. Use the persona to find "Comparison Anchors" and "Monetization Checks" that support the original vision.

4. Output & Storage

1. Generate Package: Output the full, completed Video Production Package based on the template.
2. Save to Disk:
   • Create/Use the directory: 02-Production/[VIDEO_TITLE_SLUG].
   • Save the package as an .md file in 02-Production/production_packages/ (or the specific project folder if preferred).
   • Filename format: [MAIN_PROJECT_FILE_NAME]-Production_Package.md.
   • Confirm the file path to the user.
3. Interconnectivity: After generating the production package, you MUST update the main project file's production_package property with a WikiLink to the new file (e.g., production_package: "[[[MAIN_PROJECT_FILE_NAME]-Production_Package]]"). This ensures the content pipeline is fully linked.
4. Status Update: Update the status property in the main project file to pre-production.
