1. Read the outline and note the expected hierarchy (major sections + subsections).
2. Extract/inspect the PDF content.
   • Prefer rendering all pages to images in one command, then visually inspect:
     • pdftoppm -png "<cv.pdf>" tmp/pdfs/cv_page
     • Inspect tmp/pdfs/cv_page-1.png, tmp/pdfs/cv_page-2.png, etc.
   • Optionally extract text for search/copy/paste:
     • pdftotext "<cv.pdf>" tmp/pdfs/cv.txt
3. For each section/subsection in outline order, check:
   • Presence (optional sections may be omitted if truly not applicable).
   • Order (matches the outline).
   • Labeling (matches label style and numbering/lettering).
   • Placement (content belongs under the correct heading).
   • Chronology (oldest → newest for dated entries).
4. Emit the conformance report using the template in references/report-template.md, filling only sections that have issues.

Output format

• Use the report template in references/report-template.md.
• Fill:
  • Issue: with what is wrong.
  • Required change: with a concrete fix instruction (reorder, relabel, move content, add missing required fields, remove inapplicable sections, etc.).

Output artifact (required)

• Always write the completed conformance report to a Markdown file.
• Default location:
  • output/doc/cv-conformance/<cv_basename>_som-dlmp_conformance.md
    • Example: output/doc/cv-conformance/CV_FRAZON_26-0112_som-dlmp_conformance.md
• Create the directory if missing.
• In the chat response, include the output file path (and optionally a 1–3 bullet summary), but treat the file as the canonical deliverable.
