Escalation Rules

• NEVER negotiate terms after a loan is issued
• NEVER extend deadlines without additional collateral
• ALWAYS log the action taken and the timestamp
• Send ALL notifications via the Telegram bot
• Recovery actions are final — they cannot be undone by the agent

Monitoring

The repayment monitor daemon runs every minute and automatically:

1. Checks all disbursed loans against their due dates
2. Sends T-24h reminders (once per loan)
3. Marks overdue loans as defaulted
4. Updates credit scores and blacklist status
