Course Law Source Maintainer

Use these location rules:

• 正式課程頁與會上站的內容放在 mkdocs/My_Notes/**
• 法源缺漏檢查、課程別法源整理、工作中 Markdown 放在 _Material/法源/課程法源工作檔/**
• 不要再把 _法源清單* 這類工作目錄放在 mkdocs/My_Notes/**

Workflow

1. Read the target note or transcript and extract concrete legal sources actually used in the class.
2. Prefer explicit sources:
   • laws and regulations by full name
   • constitutional interpretations
   • ministry letters with full date and number
   • judgments or rulings if concretely referenced
3. If you need a per-course or per-week working note, create or update it under _Material/法源/課程法源工作檔/<term>/<course>/.
4. Open the matching course sources.tsv and compare for missing items.
5. Before downloading anything, check whether the official PDF already exists under _Material/法源/個別法源PDF.
6. For missing laws from law.moj.gov.tw, use the taiwan-law-parser skill.
7. For Judicial Yuan / Constitutional Court interpretations from cons.judicial.gov.tw, use the judicial-doc-fetcher skill.
8. Save or reuse the shared single-source PDF under the correct folder:
   • 法律
   • 解釋
   • 裁判
   • 命令規則要點
   • 其他
9. Update the course sources.tsv.
10. Update _Material/法源/課程法源清單/00_全課程法源清單_合併.tsv.
11. Rebuild the course merged PDF with scripts/rebuild_course_law_pdf.py.
12. Ensure the merged PDF contains one top-level bookmark per included source.
13. If the course mentions excluded long-form materials such as constitutional interpretations or long judgments, rebuild a separate 延伸閱讀包 with scripts/rebuild_extended_reading_pdf.py.

Inclusion Rules

• Include sources that the lecture actually depends on, not every statute casually named in passing.
• If a transcript clearly discusses a named interpretation or ministry letter as authority, include it.
• If the course already reuses a shared source from another course, do not redownload it.
• If a source is mentioned only as a fleeting aside and has no doctrinal role, prefer not to include it.
• Do not include full-length constitutional interpretation PDFs in course merged PDFs by default when they are unusually long and would overwhelm the packet. Keep them as separately archived shared PDFs instead.
• Long-form sources that are excluded from the main packet should still be archived and, when relevant to the class, included in a separate extended-reading packet.

TSV Format

• Course TSV: two columns, no header
  • 法源<TAB>來源
• Master TSV: three columns, with header
  • 法源<TAB>來源<TAB>課程

Source Field Conventions

• Official law database pcode is allowed in the source column for laws, for example G0340003.
• Official download URLs are allowed for interpretations and similar materials.
• Keep the source value stable once corrected.
• If a source should be archived but not merged into the packet, keep it out of the course sources.tsv and store it only in the shared PDF library or notes.

Extended Reading Packet

Default scope:

• 釋字第...號解釋
• long-form judgments such as ...判決 or ...裁定

Rules:

• Keep these materials out of the main course packet by default.
• Include them in the extended-reading packet only if the lecture actually discusses them in a meaningful way.
• Add one bookmark per source in the extended-reading PDF as well.
• When both a polished note and a raw transcript exist, scan both, merge results, and deduplicate before building the packet.

Rebuild Script

The script:

• reads the course TSV
• resolves each source name to the shared local PDF
• merges them in TSV order with Ghostscript
• adds one PDF bookmark per source at the correct starting page
• fails fast if any source PDF is missing

Notes

• If a law code in the project is stale, correct all affected TSV files, not only the current course file.
• When you browse for official sources, prefer official domains and official download pages.
• If a user asks to “update merged file”, rebuild from the current TSV rather than editing the PDF by hand.
• By default, treat course sources.tsv as the merge manifest for the packet, not as an exhaustive bibliography of everything ever mentioned in class.
• If a user asks for a 缺漏檢查.md or similar law-work note, place it under _Material/法源/課程法源工作檔/**, not under mkdocs/My_Notes/**.
• By default, produce two outputs when needed:
  • the main packet from sources.tsv
  • a separate 延伸閱讀包 for excluded long-form materials
