If there are no strong candidates, say so plainly and keep the response short.

Selection Rules

Choose follow-ups in this order:

1. Records with explicit commitments or unanswered questions from last week.
2. Opportunities with real momentum that are likely to move with a small nudge.
3. Relationship follow-ups that would be valuable even without an open deal.

Skip recommendations when:

• the evidence is too thin,
• a task already captures the next step,
• the best action is to wait for a known date or reply,
• the record appears inactive without a meaningful opening,
• the recommendation would depend on product, pricing, or personal context not visible in Attio.

Safety Rails

• Do not create tasks, comments, notes, or record updates unless the user explicitly asks.
• Do not present guesses as facts.
• Do not over-recommend follow-up; no follow-up needed is a valid outcome.
• If the workspace structure is unclear, explain the ambiguity and ask the user which lists or objects matter most.
