When To Use

• A context reload is cheaper than forcing a bad option.
• You need a deliberate refresh of choices, not a random thrash.

Workflow

1. Acknowledge that the current hand is bad or exhausted.
2. Refresh the context, inputs, or option set cleanly.
3. Choose the strongest new chip instead of hoarding the redraw.
