Onboard

When invoked (or when the user says Onboard, any case), do this exactly:

0. Agent identity sync (must do first):

   • If kickoff message contains AgentNN (example: [TML-bench Agent11 ...] onboard), set active id to agentNN.
   • Ensure agent_logs/current.md has matching id: before any log writes or commits.
   • If current.md is stale, update it immediately and append a short log note about the sync.
   • If kickoff message does not expose AgentNN, ask the human to confirm the active agent id.

1. Read (in order, if present):

   • agents.md (if not already in context)
   • repo_workflow.md
   • onboarding.md
   • HANDOFF.md
   • REPO_MAP.md
   • README.md (focus on "For agents")
   • prd.md

2. Bounded discovery:

   • Identify up to 10 additional files you need for the slice.
