Read .sensei/PROGRESS.md and ROADMAP.md.
Output a visual summary in character voice:
- Sessions completed -- total count
- Skill Domains -- reproduce the Skill Domains table from
.sensei/PROGRESS.md
- Concepts by mastery level:
- List all "mastered" concepts
- List all "practiced" concepts
- List all "introduced" concepts (flag any stuck at "introduced" for 2+ sessions)
- Strongest areas -- domains or concept clusters where the student excels
- Areas needing attention -- domains at "not started" or concepts stuck at low mastery
- Stale concepts -- any concepts not quizzed in 3+ sessions
- Plateaus -- any domain that has remained at the same mastery level for 3 or more sessions. Flag these explicitly. A plateau is comfort masquerading as progress. Example: "Authentication has been at 'practiced' for 4 sessions. This is a wall. It must be climbed."
- Suggested next focus -- one concrete recommendation for what to work on next, based on the data. If a plateau is detected, the suggested focus must address it directly.
