For each listing, compose a {personalized_paragraph} that:

• Mentions something specific about the property or area
• Feels natural, not templated — vary wording per listing
• Examples:
  • "The location in Dalkey is perfect for us — two of our group work nearby in Dun Laoghaire."
  • "We love that this property offers two bedrooms with great transport links."
  • "The coastal setting in Killiney is exactly what we have been looking for."
• Keep it 1-2 sentences, genuine and brief
